WHat is snap foundation

Snap has been formed through a love of photography and the desire to give disadvantaged children a voice. A voice through their photography, something they wouldn’t normally have access to. We use photography as a creative and educational tool to inspire and develop children. Reaching out to volunteer professional photographers, students and enthusiasts we harness their knowledge and skills to produce our unique photography programme aimed at 10-16 year olds. All of the children taught in our programmes will become part of the Snap network, enabling them to share their photos with each other and the outside world. Their work will be shared, exhibited and sold to further promote what they can do but also enable more and more children to be taught by Snap.
